Here are 3 cities where you can still find options under $600K: Sunrise, Pembroke Pines, and Palm Bay. Affordable living, family-friendly neighborhoods, and the South Florida lifestyle all in one.

Median listing price: around $420,000, still comfortably below the $600K mark. The average is around $371,448 and Wallet hub ranked it in the top 10 out of 300 cities for best cities for first time homebuyers.

Pembroke Pines, FL
Median single family home prices are just above $500K, meaning many listings still fall below the affordability threshold. I personally know that these are more starter homes. If you want a bigger home, the prices will increase drastically.

Wallet hub ranked this city as number 28 for the best cities for first time homebuyers with a good lifestyle rank.

Palm Bay, FL
