Your home recently flooded from the historic storm we just had? Are you in Edgewood, River Oaks, or Melrose Park Fort Lauderdale?

Remove all damaged furniture and damaged drywall so mold doesn't build up. Drywall is an easy fix, and homeowners are usually overwhelmed. Please check the electric and ensure no wire was damaged, if so, have a licensed electrician remove the wiring and replace it, and install new drywall: spackle and paint.

Make sure to take many pictures of the damage for your insurance carrier.
