Benjamin is a member of the Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Benjamin is also a member of the Broward County Bar Association, University of Miami School of Law Alumni Association, 17th Judicial Circuit Professionalism Panel, and the University of Florida Alumni Association. Benjamin received an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the
highest rating possible, and was named by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star for Excellence in Practice. Benjamin achieved his Bachelor of Arts Degree, Cum Laude, in Political Science from the University of Florida, where he was a member of the Alpha Epsilon Pi Fraternity. He received his Masters in Education also from the University of Florida and achieved his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law where he was a Dean’s Scholarship Recipient, Chief Justice of the Student Bar Association Supreme Court, a member of HOPE (Helping Others Through Pro Bono Efforts), Cardozo Jewish Legal Society and Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity member. Benjamin is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and before the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida.
