Erica Jimenez is a 3L and a current clinical student in the AIDD Law Clinic. She serves as the Articles Editor for the ILSA Journal of Comparative Law and multiple other organizations such as Chair of the Federal Bar Association, Vice President of the Public Interest Law Society, Vice President of the Hispanic Student Bar Association & 3L Representative of the Student Bar Association. Aside from these organizations, Erica also serves as the Academic Support Team for Moot Court, where she placed “Best Overall Advocate” and semi-finalist this 2021 Intramural competition. To top off her advocacy skills, Erica is also on NTA, where she was the 2020-21 Competitions Coordinator, National Competitor & Octo-Finalist in the 2021 Capital City Challenge, 2020 Intramural Semi-Finalist, 2020 Intramural Best Opening Statement, 2020 1L Mark Dobson Tournament Champion, and 2021 Intramural Coach. Erica’s passion is victim advocacy and we’re so lucky to have her this semester in the AIDD Clinic. Aside from collegiate work, Orlando is her hometown and she enjoys going to the theme parks and reading on the beach.
