What a way to kick off a ! This morning, we watched the first of three modular homes scheduled for May roll out and head to its new foundation.

This beauty is a custom build from Redman Homes of PA, based on our popular Merit Modular lot model (MRTA96401). We love seeing how our clients put their own spin on these designs!

There’s nothing like the feeling of seeing a project hit the road. Stay tuned—we’ll be back on-site with the crane for the official set on May 14th. You won't want to miss those videos! 🏗️

We just launched these three homes into production, all scheduled for completion this summer.

We wanted to try something different, so we put together these mood boards to reflect the varying aesthetics we encountered while bringing these projects to life. There's a common misconception that factory-built housing is "cookie-cutter," but your vision is what makes it unique to you.

Well, that was a doozy! ❄️ Our display homes held up like champs during the Great Snow-pocalypse of 2026. Now that the flakes have stopped falling, we’re ready to welcome the public back to our offices bright and early tomorrow!
