(MnP) has served as Northern Colorado’s most reliable property manager since 1979 and currently manages single-family homes and commercial real estate consisting of medical, retail, office, industrial facilities and commercial as

We hold CPM® (Certified Property Manager), AMO® (Accredited Management Organization) and Realtor designations. CPM® and AMO® certifications are awarded by IREM® (Institute of Real Estate Management), the most recognized and respected property management organization in the world. Of the tens of thousands of real estate management firms throughout the world, fewer than 700 have the qualifications required to earn the AMO® designation. In Colorado, there are only 25 AMOs® and MnP is the only AMO® in Northern Colorado. To attain this certification, a Colorado property management company must meet strict criteria, which includes the following: the management team must be led by a CPM®, demonstrate market and property experience through years of actively managing real estate and maintain adequate levels of insurance coverage. Professionalism, higher standards, and educated employees are some of the many attributes that set us apart from other management organizations, which is why all of our managers are licensed brokers.
