I can’t believe it’s been a whole year since we spearheaded .land.ranch’s Division! It’s been such an honor to be a part of the growth. Endless hours, all-nighters, damn near blood, sweat, and tears but it’s all been worth it to see what a success it’s been. Not only has the division brought high-impact training and education to our 275+ members, but also community, marketing systems, and an ad stack that is hard to beat. I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve been on a call and seen deals come together across the country or heard a win from using the assets provided. We’ve had large national buyers connect with our members and leadership directly because of what the Division offers coupled with the international reach that gives to agents and clients. The leverage is massive. Our culture is next level. And we are continuing to plan, build, and provide more tools, more training, and more assets to our members.

I’m incredibly proud of this Division and the impact it’s had. Agents going from selling $18M in a year to $18M in 6 months, developing their specialty, and representing clients at the highest level from your $50k half-acre lot to a $38M 4,000 acre once in a lifetime property. Our agents are helping the average farmer have better resources for tax planning strategies so they don’t lose 40% of their life’s work when all they want to do is hand down everything they’ve earned to their family. They’re helping dreamers homestead for the first time, find the land to raise their babies on, and just contribute to a way of life that we all love so much.

All of this wouldn’t have been possible without the leadership of our Division matriarch, .
