What is an annulment?

An annulment is similar to a divorce in the sense that both remove the confines of the marital bond from the couple. The key difference is that after an annulment, the marriage has been dissolved in such a way that it is as if the parties were never even married in the first place. This is because annulment is most often based on the grounds of fraud.

How do I know if I qualify for an Annulment?

If your spouse was married (either knowingly or unintentionally) at the time you married them, then you may qualify for an annulment.
