My firm represents those Deputies who are in pursuit of payment of unpaid wages, as discussed in the IMMEDIATE RELEASE shared by the Monroe County Clerk's Office.

My clients appreciate the overwhelming support they have received from the people of Monroe County. They work hard for this community, care deeply about its safety, and are proud to serve it.

For more than a year, the Deputies have continued to perform required night-call duty without compensation for the restricted time they were required to remain available. The midnight-to-8:00 a.m. shifts disrupted their sleep and personal lives in many ways. These are not rumors, they are facts.

My clients love Monroe County and remain committed to protecting its citizens. They are grateful that so many members of this community recognize their dedication and support their request to be fairly compensated for the work and restrictions their service requires.
