Hump Day Wednesday 🥰

06/04/2026

Never stop loving yourself, girl get up, get pretty and do you. Get in your Bible, your bag, workout, do yoga, drink smoothies, try a glass of w**e instead of alcohol. Heal your body and renew your mind. Healing doesn’t mean you don’t flinch anymore.
It means you know why you flinch.
You’re triggered because your ex lied.
Your family normalized chaos.
You grew up walking on eggshells.
You were the strong one too early.
You confused survival with love.
Of course you’re sensitive.
You weren’t dramatic you were adapting.
Now you’re unlearning over-explaining, over-giving, and accepting crumbs.
So yes, you still feel it.
But you don’t react the same.

You don’t beg.
You don’t chase.
You don’t crash out.

You observe.
You adjust.
You detach.

That’s healing.

Being triggered doesn’t mean you’re broken.
It means you’re breaking cycles.

And that’s power. 💛

Don’t let anyone pull you back to a place you prayed, cried and fought to heal and be delivered from. Own your power and don’t allow someone to trigger you due to their lack of self control. You are in control of your own life, choices and the outcome of your actions.
