Today was one of those days that reminded me why some properties are so much more than just real estate.

We spent time out on Cole Island showing it to people who truly understand what a special place it is—and who see the value in preserving it for generations to come.

Nearly 300 acres. Incredible natural beauty. A deep Civil War history. A place that has stood quietly through more history than most of us can even imagine.

The thought of Cole Island becoming another development just feels wrong. There are places that deserve to be protected, appreciated, and loved for what they already are.

Today gave me hope that maybe its next chapter could be one of preservation instead of development. 🤍🌿
