We help set realistic expectations from day one — and keep things moving. With over 28 years in helping familes navigate the complexities of probate, we are here to help you. Call us today.

Protect what you built and keep your family from fighting over it. Your will from 2003 might not say what you think it does anymore.
A lot has probably changed since you signed that Will — a marriage, a divorce, a new grandchild, a home you've since sold. But the document sitting in your filing cabinet? It doesn't update itself.
Old Wills can create real problems: outdated executors, ex-spouses still named as beneficiaries, guardianship designations for kids who are now adults themselves.
A quick review is usually all it takes to know if you're actually covered — or if there's a gap waiting to cause a headache for your family later.
If it's been more than 5 years since you looked at yours, it's worth a second look. I'm happy to help you check.

You've Been Named Executor. Now What?
If you've just found out you're the executor of a loved one's estate, take a breath first. You don't have to have this figured out today or alone.
Here's a realistic starting checklist:
1. Locate the original will
2. Get several originals of the death certificate
3. Secure the property and assets (don't let anything get sold or moved yet)
4. Start a list of assets, debts, and account numbers
5. Call an estate attorney before you make big decisions — many mistakes happen in week one
Being an executor is a job most people take on once in their life, during one of the hardest weeks of it. You are allowed to ask for help.
If you're navigating this in the Lehigh Valley, I'd be glad to walk through it with you — no judgment, no pressure, just clarity.
Call us today, we are here to help.
