I am an attorney dedicated to representing individuals who have been injured as well as individuals and business who have been wronged by their own insurance companies. Much of my work involves helping victims of car accidents or those who have been hurt because a store owner's negligence. We also help client's who have suffered severe injury as a result of a product being defected. In addition to
helping those who suffer physical injuries, we also help folks who have been wronged by their insurance companies. What I have learned through my legal practice is that an insurance company seems to have one goal in mind: to make money. I take it personally when an insurance company denies a legitimate claim. The company has failed to honor its promise when it denies a policy holder benefits after their own insured had paid premiums for years. When that happens, we fight the insurance company for every benefit that an insured has already paid for. My passion is to help individuals stand up to powerful insurance companies and corporations. You may feel hopeless when battling the army of attorneys hired by these organizations, but with our help - we can level the playing field.
