eys who practice in New Jersey. His practice involves injuries, or deaths, that have been sustained in a variety of manners, whether by way of automobile accident, slip and fall, premises liability, construction site accidents, medical negligence, occupational exposure, product defect or other workplace or on-the-job injury. He has an excellent command of medicine and enjoys cross-examining his opponents and their witnesses at depositions and in the court room, where he has recovered millions of dollars for his clients over a career that has spanned decades. Mark served as counsel for a local Zoning Board of Adjustment for almost 20 years, and also as a member of the Zoning Board of Adjustment in Florham Park, where he resides. When Mark is not on trial during the day, he will handle land use applications at night for developers. During law school, Mark served as Editor of the Rutgers Law Review. Upon graduating from law school, he clerked for the Honorable Herman D. Michels, former Presiding Judge of the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey. Through his appellate clerkship and his years in private practice, Mark has acquired excellent appellate skills and has successfully argued many appeals.
