WHY IS IT THAT WITH 3 STRIKES YOU ARE OUT -A FELONY, YOU CAN'T DO S**T BUT GO TO JAIL SO HOW CAN A GUY WITH 34 COUNTS AND ALL IS A FELONY NOT DO ANY TIME IN JAIL AT LEAST. THE DOUBLE STANDARDS AND HYPOCRISY OF IT ALL. WHAT MAKES HIS CRIME LESSER THAN OTHERS AND HE GETS NO TIME . I RECOMMEND THAT THE DOORS OF HELL SHOULD OPEN FOR ALL ESPECIALLY THE WRONGFUL CONVICTS. THIS INJUSTICE MUST STOP AND THE REAL TRUTH POINTED TOWARD JUSTICE MUST BE DESTROYED LIKE THE MONEY THIEVES IN THE TEMPLE

Corrections-yesterday I was told that Chris's appeal was denied. Today I find out that relief was denied but a review of his case was granted. SMH, they acknowledge the additional investigator's report but the courts still want to pretend that no harm no foul. I am going to continue with my original plan and put together a petition and I hope when I finish it that everybody will sign and share it with others. My goal is to get over 5,000 signatures and with everybody's help, I know I can do it. I will be taking these signatures along with the facts of his case which shows according to the laws of AZ prosecutor misconduct and ineffective assistance of counsel were committed resulting in a civil and constitutional violation. It's a matter of life and death and I can't rest in peace until my son is free from the restraints of AZ hell house....To be continued.

MY SON'S APPEAL WAS DENIED OMG SMH-I AM SMILING BECAUSE NO WEAPON FORMED AGAINST US SHALL PROSPER. I GOT TO PLAN ANOTHER TRIP TO AZ MEETING FACE TO FACE. I SENT A LETTER TO THE GOZ OF AZ ASKING FOR A CONVICTION INTEGRITY UNITY TO BE PUT IN PINL COUNTY AND I ATTACHED CHRISTOPHER'S 2 INVESTIGATOR REPORT AND EXPERT FORENSICS BRIAN LESLIE'S REPORT . a WEEK LATER I TYPED UP A LETTER TO GOV HOBBS ASKING FOR THE NEWLY APPOINTED PROSECUTOR MATT REED WHOM SHE APPOINTED AS A JUDGE TO REEXAMINE THIS CONVICTION AND CORRECT HIS ERRORS OF KNOWING BEFOREHAND THAT HIS WITNESSES ON STAND DID NOT STICK TO THEIR ORIGINAL STATEMENT WHEN TOLD TO THE POLICE. THEY CAN'T DENY IT WHEN THE GUY WHOM THEY ALLEGED GOT SHOT SAID MANY TIMES HE DIDN'T REMEMBER S**T-NO GUN BEING POINTING IN HIS FACE -NOT NOTHING WITH HIS OVRLY BEYOND INTOXICATED ASS. THE PROSECUTOR PUT HIM ON THE STAND ANYWAY AND YOU GOTTA HEAR THE STORY HE TOLD -I GOT THE TRUTH IF ANYONE CARES TO STOP AND LISTEN. IN THE MEANTIME I HAVE WORK TO DO AND FOR THOSE HE HASN'T READ OR FOLLOWED HIS STORY. IT'S BEEN 4 DAYS AND I HAVEN'T HEARD FROM MY SON HELD HOSTAGE IN THE STATE OF AZ PRISON SYSTEM. tHEY WANT TO SILENCE US FROM FILING OUR GRIEVANCES AND EXERCISING RIGHTS AS A HUMAN BEING ACCORDING TO THEIR POLICIES AND PROCEDURE. YOU KNOW YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE SMART WHEN CLASSIFIED AS A NEGRO. THE TRUTH IS BEING BROUGHT TO THE LIGHT AND THE SYSTEM IS STILL TRYING TO HIDE LIKE ADAM AND EVE WHEN THEIR EYES SAW THEIR WRONG. THEY RAN TO HIDE. LORD KNOWS MY VOICE IS VICIOUS THAN MY BITE AND I CARRY THE AMROUR OF MY FATHER THROUGH EVERY BATTLE I FIGHT FOR THE RIGHTS OF MY SON AND THE MANY OTHER WRONGFUL CONVICTS BEFORE AND AFTER HIM. IN THAT PACKAGE WAS THE DEFENSE EVIDENCE SHOWING ACTUAL INNOCENCE AND IF THEY WANT TO IGNORE THAT THOUGHT THAN GUESS WHAT YOU ARE STILL IN VIOLATION OF HIS DUE PROCESS RIGHTS ACCORDING TO THE CONSTITUTION. SO MAKE IT RIGHT. IN THAT PACKAGE I REQUESTED A CONVICTION INTEGRITY UNITY FOR PINAL COUNTY. OMG, watching the movie "Trial By Fire", got me heated. Man, I couldn't stop crying at the end. The system isn't broken it was designed that way. The higher officials had new exculpatory evidence and when brought to their attention, it was ignored an innocent Man who had already spent 12 yrs in prison for a crime he didn't commit. This is another case of GUILTY UNTIL PROVEN INNOCENT. This movie moved me in so many ways breaking down into tears and disdain for the system of the Courts who are guilty of heinous crimes committed against the wrongfully convicted-the actual innocent. I see all of this in my son Christopher Lamon Handy's case. I see the prosecutor's misconduct of failure to correct the errors which did affect the outcome of the trial. The defense lawyer failed to challenge the witnesses who changed their stories and barely tried to create a reasonable doubt. The prosecutor on my son's case is now a Judge and I got a new strategy because everyone who sits high and judges low needs transparency and be held accountable. His duties express what must be done, he must correct the errors otherwise he is not operating according to the standards of being a Judge. I don't care if he sits on there for the rest of his life but he will not sit on there and the errors of his ways have been pointed out and I let it be done. It's time out to get rid of the folks who hold themselves higher and don't atone for the sins and errors of their crooked ways. You cannot sentence a Man to death when the folks in office are committing worse crimes against human rights. Wake up everybody and stop the abuse from the courts. It's Time To Take Back Our Full Rights

I have been the lawyer and Pro Activist for my son's wrongful conviction case since 2020. Toay we got word that the Court of Appeal requested certain records from the Superior Court Clerk for review. This type of order is typically issued when the appellate court requires additional information related to a case being reviewed. what they are suppose to do necessitates a through examination of the proceedings that occurred during that period. This is the timeframe from which we started on his Post Conviction Relief. This order through the court is crucial in ensuring transparency and fairness in legal proceedings. These rights was denied to my Son and he didn't have a fighting chance being Black in white folks neighborhood-another Germantown if you ask me. The folks in Memphis know what I am talking about and the words which came out of the alleged victim JW gives me flashback. I am praying that the higher court correct the wrongs of the lower court based on complete and accurate information that we have provided. I pray as an Advocate/Mother that the higher court maintain the integrity of the judicial process and facilitate a comprehensive review of the case at hand freeing Christopher Lamon Handy to come home. .......OH LORD-HEAR MY CRIES-LET FREEDOM COME WITH THE SWIFT OF LIGHTENING

My neighbor passed away yesterday and it hits me hard for many reasons. He was a cool cat dressed nicely always smelled good, and got on my nerves sometimes but deep down I didn't mind. We were cool like that. I got a chance to see him before he closed his eyes and to be honest, I think he felt a peace with letting go of the pain and the constant battles of dialysis. I know he didn't want to leave his Mom and Dad behind but deep down sometimes life to live and death isn't one's own choice. As much as I hate to say it sometimes in life we don't know the next person's prayer with God and what they are going through in sickness. I'm going to miss Mr. Washington and tho I feel a sadness in my heart. It is a greater pleasure having known him..."FOR THE GOOD TIMES"

THE AGREEMENT OF THE COMMUNITY IN KEEPING IT ALL TOGETHER, EACH ONE TEACH ONE IS WHAT THEY DO, STANDING BEHIND OUR VOICE. I AM ON A JOURNEY FOR ADVOCACY WHICH HAS ALWAYS BEEN MY PASSION OF WHAT I STOOD FOR IN THIS WORLD AND MY 1ST STEP WAS STANDING UP FOR ME. IT WAS BITTERSWEET GOING TO AZ TO SEE MY SON IN PRISON BUT MUCH LOVE AND BLESSINGS. I GOT TO TALK TO HIM FACE-TO-FACE AND GET A COUPLE OF HUGS. I HAD MISSED SO MANY YEARS BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANT TO SEE HIM LIKE THAT NOR DID I WANT HIM TO GO THROUGH THE STRIP SEARCH. I BEEN THERE THAT S**T IS DEGRADING. I UNDERSTAND THE SECURITY OF IT BUT IT'S STILL HUMILIATING. 5 YEARS TOO LONG, IT SHOULDN'T HAVE GOTTEN THIS FAR TOO LONG FOR HIM TO GET OUT. I HAD TO SEE MY SON, I COULDN'T LET HIM SPEND ANOTHER BIRTHDAY ALONE NOR COULD I SPEND ANOTHER BIRTHDAY WITHOUT HIM. I KEPT SEEING MY BEST FRIEND IN HIM. He, ( Rodney Echols WAS GLOWING ALL AROUND HIM LETTING ME KNOW IT WILL BE ALRIGHT AND HE GOT HIM. IT WAS GOOD TO SEE MY SON FOR THE LIGHT OF THE FIRECRACKER BECAUSE I CAN'T KEEP WAITING FOR THE SYSTEM OF APPEAL TO OVERTURN HIS WRONGFUL CONVICTION. I CAN'T EXPECT THE WRONG TO CORRECT A RIGHT WHEN THE SYSTEM IS FOR PROFIT NOT CORRECTION OF THE STATE'S WRONGFUL PROSECUTION.. WE ARE FIGHTERS AND SOMETIMES YOU GOT TO GET IN FOLKS' FACE AND TELL THEM NOT MY CHILD. I TOLD MY SON BEFORE I LEFT THAT I WILL BE BACK AND THE NEXT TIME I CAME, SON, BELIEVE ME, I AIN'T COMING BACK NO MORE EXCEPT TO TAKE YOU HOME ....AMEN
