Handled my first Adoption & Trust in GEORGIA!

It’s so cool to learn all the different laws around my speciality area depending on the state.

This coming week we have Monday & Tuesday available for meetings if needing a Paralegal or Virtual Assistant!

Legal or Personal Assisting experience preferred but NOT required. This is with a new and growing Paralegal Firm based out of Alabama.

You do NOT have to be in Alabama to apply.

The ideal candidate would be professional & proficient in email management, phone calls, time management skills, typing, great communication skills with firm owner & clients, attention to detail, ability to throughly proof read, scheduling and client interviews.

Must have great internet & phone service with a laptop/desktop up to par and running its newest software.

We handle a wide variety of contracts so you’ll never be doing the same thing!

This is a great part time position that will quickly go full time if wanted*

Contracts are priced differently for instance you may handle a legal motion for $1000 or a personal assistant for $500

This is a dedication of time and effort, it will pay off if you apply yourself. Great for a stay at home mom that has the free time to have noise free conversations!
