**PUBLISHED WITH CLIENTS PERMISSION**
I had a gentleman come to me this week who had purchased a vehicle online from Vroom. He traded in a 2014 Silverado High Country for a 2017 Silverado and paid an additional amount of $12,900.00. He was assured that the vehicle had not been wrecked and had a clear Car Fax. The Car Fax does not show that it has been wrecked. The delivery service met him Wednesday night at Murphy USA on Florence Boulevard. They swapped vehicles and were on their way. My client took the vehicle immediately to a local dealership to be inspected. The mechanics quickly told my client that the vehicle had been wrecked and the damage was severe. Also, the body was out of line and supports thereto were not bolted together. My client has revoked his acceptance of the contract which is allowed to do under these facts. Myself, along with my client have demanded his money and his truck be returned to him. However, Vroom has yet to return my calls or my letter I sent them. They told my client they will not be returning his truck but rather pay him the trade value of his truck. I post this not only to share my frustration with Vroom, but also to warn others about this online dealership. This matter is still pending.
