Announcing a New Partner at Gerkin & Decker, P.C.
We’re proud to announce Molly M. Boughton as our firm’s newest partner. Molly has been a valuable member of the Gerkin & Decker team since 2021 and has consistently proven her work ethic to us and, more importantly, to her clients.
“One of our great pleasures is promoting from within the firm because it shows that there is no ceiling at Gerkin & Decker, P.C.,” said Ryan E. Decker, managing partner. “Molly is an example of someone who has shown that she values client service above all else, and her leadership in this regard made her a natural fit for partnership at our firm.”
Molly has worked extremely hard since beginning her tenure with the firm to not only uphold the job she was hired to do but to look for ways to improve effectiveness of the firm, grow the firm’s presence in the community, and embody the firm’s values in every client and colleague interaction.
“Being made a Partner is not a right, but something that must be earned through hard work, dedication to our clients and demonstrating leadership. Molly has checked each box and has earned this promotion,” Ryan said. “We look forward to her helping the firm grow and making sure that every client’s needs are met at the highest level.”
Molly is ready to take on new and bigger challenges as she assumes the role of partner. “I am very excited about assuming my new role as a partner at Gerkin & Decker, P.C. I look forward to playing an integral role in Gerkin & Decker’s family law practice,” said Molly.
