🏡 A Real estate story!
On a Thursday afternoon, I received a call from someone interested in discussing listing their home. They expressed an urgency to meet as soon as possible. Within just a couple of hours, we sat down to talk, and I was thrilled when they decided to hire me on the spot to represent them.
The reason for their haste was quite compelling – during a trip, they stumbled upon their dream home and needed to prove their seriousness in purchasing this new property . We wasted no time and met at 3 pm. By 6 pm, my professional photographer was already at their house capturing stunning images. By 2 am the following morning, the home was officially listed, and we started receiving inquiries right away!
The response was overwhelming, and we quickly selected an offer that exceeded the asking price. We moved swiftly to set up inspections, and within just one week after our initial meeting, we had secured full contracts to sell the property.
While real estate can be challenging, everything seemed to fall into place perfectly, thanks to proper coordination and sound advice.
