So the petitioners are dismissing their appeal, ensuring the trial court’s dismissal as a final judgment. They are moving forward with a new petition to establish a reservoir conservancy district for Geist Reservoir and some of the surrounding area. I hope as people are approached they are well informed and consider what they are being asked to sign.
