Do you or someone you know need assistance navigating the court system?

The Otter Tail County Law Library provides Self-help Clinics where unrepresented individuals can get assistance completing forms for civil cases including divorce, child support, landlord/tenant, wage claims, garnishment, expungement, custody/parenting time, OFP/HRO, eviction, debt collection, and conciliation court (small claims court).

Anyone can use this service. There is no asset/income eligibility and no appointment is necessary. *Note: Does not assist with criminal cases*

Congrats to Aaron Ahlgren on being admitted today to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota. Attorney Sarah Duffy motioned for his admission in front of the Honorable Leo I. Brisbois at the Edward J. Devitt United States Courthouse in Fergus Falls. Fergus Falls is privileged to have one of the four federal courthouses in Minnesota, which are located in Minneapolis, St. Paul, Duluth, and Fergus Falls.
