Peachtree City has three lakes -- and they're all pretty different from each other once you spend time near them.
Lake Peachtree is the city's social hub: most central, most connected to shopping and restaurants by cart path, and the one most people picture when they think of PTC. Lake Kedron is tucked into the trees in the north end of town, quieter and more wooded. Lake McIntosh is the newest and biggest, with open water views and newer homes around it.
All three carry a price premium for lakefront lots, but what you're actually buying at each one is a different lifestyle.
I wrote up a full side-by-side for anyone thinking about lakefront living in Peachtree City, including what buyers often miss when it comes to lot access, boat rules, and what "lake view" actually means in a listing.
