KingdomCDC In 1995, Kingdom CDC was started by several individuals concerned with improving the condition of their suuounding community.

The idea was to develop affordable housing as a means of economic and social stimulus. Kingdom's early success allowed it to grow from a small neighborhood grass roots organization into a full-scale Community Development Corporation and member of the NC Community Development Initiative. In 2009, Kingdom CDC produced its 50th unit of affordable housing. Our energy-efficient new constructions have b

een a vital part of revitilization efforts in Fayetteville's Old Wilmington Rd area and in Spring Lake. As a part of the efforts to prepare prospective buyers for homeownership, Kingdom was committed to providing financial education and counseling. The organization became a HUD approved housing counseling agency in 2006. Kingdom has provided community workshops and/or counseling for 1000s of clients since then.
