From January 1st, 2024 to today, we’ve seen a total sales volume of $410 million with 1,616 units sold. The majority of transactions are happening in the $160,000-$300,000 price range. Most sales were completed through conventional financing and VA loans, with VA loans being the most popular — no surprise in our military town!
