WHERE IT ALL BEGAN… 🖤💛
Before we begin our next chapter, we wanted to take a moment to remember where our story started.

In 1993, Rose Mines opened Metropolitan Escrow, Inc. in Tullahoma, Tennessee. Before taking that leap, Rose had spent 10 years working at a local bank, gaining valuable knowledge and experience that would help prepare her to build a business of her own.

What began with Rose’s vision and commitment to serving people grew into something much more than a title and escrow company. Over the years, Metropolitan Escrow became a place built on relationships, trust, personal service, and doing things the right way.

Rose believed that buying a home is one of the most important investments a person will ever make, and she wanted every customer to leave the closing table with confidence and peace of mind. That philosophy became part of the foundation of Metropolitan Escrow and continues to guide us today.

Through the years, our company grew, our team grew, and generations of Realtors®, lenders, buyers, sellers, attorneys, and community partners became part of the Metropolitan Escrow family.

Now, 33 years later, we are preparing for another important milestone.

On October 1, 2026, Metropolitan Escrow, Inc. will become Metropolitan Escrow & Title, LLC.

Our name may be changing, but the foundation Rose built remains.
The same people.
The same commitment to service.
The same relationships.

And 33 years of experience behind us as we begin our next chapter.
We are proud of where we came from, grateful to Rose for the foundation she built, and incredibly thankful to everyone who has been part of our story.
