Why buy instead of rent? Because every payment can go toward building something that’s yours.

When you rent, your monthly payment helps build someone else’s equity. When you own, your payment can build equity for you, give you more stability, and create the freedom to make the space truly yours.

Buying isn’t always the right move for everyone, but if you’re planning to stay put and your finances are ready, homeownership can turn a monthly housing expense into a long-term investment.

Give me a call! I’d love to help you find your dream home 🏠

Spent the weekend in Palisade doing a food, w**e, bicycle tour. The tour was 23 miles through the beautiful peach orchards and w**eries in this beautiful part of the country. I am not much a w**e lover, but I love the ambiance and the landscape of a beautiful w**ery. I would highly recommend the "Tour the vineyards" for someone who loves to be outside in gorgeous surroundings while getting a little exercise and eating delicious food. And if w**e is your thing, there is plenty of that as well!

Happy Birthday to my beautiful oldest daughter.
Some of my best memories in life have you in them, and I am so grateful for the relationship we have today. I love the woman you have become and I feel incredibly blessed that I not only get to call you my daughter, but also my friend.
Happy birthday! You inspire me everyday and I love you more than you will ever know!

My room has been the same for 4 years. I originally wanted a spa like feel to my room but decided it was time for some color and whimsy! I didn’t get rid of anything only added a few fun elements.

When you buy a home, it’s important to make it unique for YOU! What are some things you’ve added to your home to make it yours? Let me know!
