Dear Friends and Neighbors,
On the eve of this important election, I want to take a moment to speak from the heart. Over the past few months, I have walked over 600 miles of neighborhoods and had the privilege of meeting so many of you, hearing your concerns, and sharing my vision for our community. I have poured my heart and soul into earning your vote and showing you the hard-working and committed individual that I am. Now, I'd like to share a final thought.
This election is not just about choosing a name on the ballot; it is about selecting the right person to uphold the values and principles that matter most to our community. It is about ensuring that our judicial system is guided by years of experience, legal accomplishments, acumen, fairness, honesty and integrity.
I've spent over 31 years actively practicing law, including serving as a Magistrate in the Rocky River Municipal Court for 5 years. I've argued and won 3 cases in the Ohio Supreme Court, shaping the law for all Ohioans. I've received "Excellent" ratings from five local Bar Associations, reflecting my dedication to professionalism and justice. My experience is unmatched in this election.
But beyond the qualifications, accomplishments, accolades, and endorsements, I want you to know what truly drives me—the commitment to being an impartial and independent voice on the bench. I have dedicated my life to the law, and I believe in the fundamental principles of fairness, justice, and equality.
As your judge, I promise to bring my extensive experience, dedication, and commitment to the community to the courtroom every day. I will ensure everyone who walks through those doors is treated with respect, fairness, and equality under the law.
Tomorrow, when you cast your vote, I humbly ask for your support. Your vote is not just for me; it is for judicial excellence, it is for the values we hold dear and our vision for our community. Together, we can shape a brighter future for the West Shore.
Thank you for your trust and your vote. Let's make a difference together.
Sincerely,
Joseph Burke, Candidate for Judge Rocky River Municipal Court
