Congratulations to former partner Joseph T. Burke on his swearing in as Rocky River Municipal Court Judge!

Joseph T. Burke was a partner at our firm since 2011. In 2023, he ran for Rocky River Municipal Court Judge which covers the cities of Fairview Park, Westlake, Rocky River, North Olmsted, and Bay Village. Joe won his election on November 7, 2023. He was sworn in as Judge on January 1, 2024.

Our firm name is changing. Our quality, legal representation remains the same. Due to Joe’s election and serving as Judge, he is no longer allowed to remain in private practice and be part of our firm.

As many of you know, I am the Co-Chair for the 2023 Walk to Defeat ALS. I am honored to hold this position with my co-chair, David Hollister, who is presently battling a degenerative motor neuron disease in the family of ALS.

This Sunday, I will join my friend, client, and legendary broadcaster Bruce Drennan at 10:30 am to promote The 2023 Walk to Defeat ALS.

Please review the attached links for details on the Walk to be held on Sunday, 9/10/23 at The Kent State College of Podiatric Medicine, 6000 Rockside Woods Blvd. N, Independence, OH 44131.

This is the largest fundraiser for The The ALS Association Northern Ohio Chapter which I witnessed do incredible things to ease the financial, legal, emotional strain that came with my brother Tony’s ALS journey.

As there is presently no cure for ALS, I am committed to honor my brother’s memory and help every family with ALS until we find a cure.
