You can do everything right and still become a victim of someone else's negligence.

That's exactly what happened to our client, who was stopped at a Cuyahoga County intersection when a drowsy driver fell asleep at the wheel, went off the road, and T-boned their vehicle causing our client to sustain severe injuries to their skull, ribs, forearm and foot.

KNR Senior Partner Josh Angelotta refused to let this carelessness go unanswered. Through persistent advocacy and unwavering commitment, he secured a $750,000 settlement to help our client rebuild.
