You don’t have to do anything wrong, to be done wrong!-
A friend of mine who’s a parent had a recent “disagreement” with a cell phone provider who levied charges on their family plan for international charges as their college daughter was studying abroad in Italy. The issue here, was that the parent had requested the international plan be placed onto the account prior to the student’s departure overseas. The cell phone company claimed that the international plan was added to the parent’s cell phone, but not the student’s. The international charges totaled $900.00 and the cell phone company’s customer service claimed the charges were called.
