I’m very proud to be elected to the board of directors of Ride Illinois, a statewide organization committed to making biking better and safer in Illinois.

At yesterday's Annual Ride Illinois Member meeting, three highly-qualified individuals were seated on the Ride Illinois board of directors by vote of members in attendance.

We're very excited that Jenny Kane, Brendan Kevenides and Jim Norris have joined the board! They will lend their time and talent towards our ongoing efforts to make Illinois better through biking!

JOHNSON COUNTY, Iowa (KWWL) -- An Iowa City bicyclist has died after getting hit, Monday afternoon in an accident on Old Highway 218 in Iowa City. The 83-year-old David Schuldt of Iowa City, later died after being taken to the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics for injuries.
