Prosecutor Descano has posted a "dashboard" showing the percentage of times that the office has contested bond for [mostly new] inmates and how often the Courts have granted or denied bond, and when the Courts required "cash" bond. I believe the data was mined manually, since there is no mechanism for mining this date from the Court computers. PD Butorac has questioned the numbers for misdemeanors. Virginia DUI Trial Report--This if from Last Winter, in Manassas, Virginia.

I thought the issue was Probable Cause (PC). Client did OK but not perfect on Field Tests, but she kept asking for her Coat. It was cold out there. Judge said there was sufficient PC for an arrest. At the end of trial, the judge found her Not Guilty--Partly because the Officer ignored her requests for her Coat.
