•Preparing and filing appeal briefs with the United States Patent and Trademark Office's Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences. Patent Opinions
•Preparing validity, enforceability, and freedom-to-operate opinions relating to various technologies in the electrical and mechanical areas. We work with our clients' personnel to identify information necessary to render quality opinions. Such quality opinions enable our clients to make informed business decisions related to intellectual property issues. That idea has shaped a lot of how we think about technology at Harrity.

As we’ve built new tools into patent drafting, prosecution, and portfolio work, one thing has become clear: technology tends to magnify the process already in place.

When a workflow is clear, disciplined, and efficient, AI can make it significantly better. When a workflow is inconsistent, overly complex, or poorly defined, those weaknesses often become more visible.

That’s why meaningful innovation is about more than adding a new tool to an old process; it’s an opportunity to rethink the process itself.

Working remotely changes how we connect with our colleagues.

We can spend hours together on calls, solving problems and moving work forward, without talking about anything beyond the work itself.
