Please take a minute to read this email. I referred a very difficult PCR case to Ron Mondello. I cannot say enough good things about the way he handled the case. First, he is completely knowledgeable about this area but more than that he cares very deeply about his work. I have never met another attorney that was so dedicated to his practice. Like I said, the case was difficult with bad facts and less then excellent cooperation from the family. Ron went above and beyond when most attorneys would have stopped and complained that they were not getting the cooperation they needed from the family. My client has been sitting in jail for one year, subject to 236(c) aggravated felon. I want everyone to know that yesterday Ron won the PCR application, my client's plea was vacated and there is a custody redetermination hearing this Monday to get my client a bond!!!!! We, as a group, are lucky to have Ron. I want to thank him and acknowledge the excellent job he did. Anyone that has a PCR issue should not think twice about sending it to Ron.
