One appraisal down and another one coming up. It’s honestly a pretty cool feeling seeing things slowly come together for my clients after all the moving parts behind the scenes.

Showings, late phone calls, inspections, negotiations, paperwork, stress(not much), excitement… and then finally getting to the appraisal stage where things start feeling real.

I still catch myself sometimes thinking about how crazy life is. One thing I focus on daily is trying my best to stay positive and keep looking ahead. This means a lot to me. Also...coffee!

I’m thankful for every single person that trusts me, refers me, supports my posts, or even just reaches out with questions. Truly.

One appraisal officially behind us.
One more ahead.
And hopefully a couple happy closing days coming soon.
