Gabe has been a friend, a colleague, and a mentor for many years. When I first started practicing in Everett, he was one of the first attorneys to make me feel welcome. That kindness has never changed.
He’s incredibly smart, thoughtful, and generous with his time. Whether I needed a second opinion on a case or asked him to help prepare a witness, he was always willing to jump in and help. That’s just who he is.
As a judge, Gabe will do what the job requires, make difficult decisions and enter judgment when the law demands it. But he’ll do it with fairness, humility, grace, and an understanding that every person who walks into a courtroom has a story. He’ll make sure people don’t just have their day in court, they’ll feel heard.
Whether you’re the victim of a crime, someone accused of a crime, or the loved one of someone going through the criminal system, you want a judge who listens, who treats people with dignity, and who applies the law with both wisdom and compassion.
