Everett, WA 98203
I line stripped the parking lot on one of the only days that the pub is closed when the weather was good. They are always open at 9 AM and they serve the best food around the area and have great live Blues music 4 nights a week. I love this pub and are friends with the owners :-)

This was a multi-task project. I hope I can find all the pictures because we rock this project! We raised concrete in the front of the house that sagged, we leveled the entry walk way so the rain water rolled off into the hidden gutters, we rebuilt the back deck and stairs and we pressure washed the whole place including the playground equipment before we stained it.

This was a carpet removal and appliance removal from hell!
Years and years of pet waste and not being vacuumed because the elderly couple were unable to care for their house and them selves. we removed all the carpet and it filled a small dumpster. It stank up the neighborhood sitting outside. It was not a fun project but Don paid a large price and was happy to pay us with money and praise :-)

We demoed out an ugly basement and brought it back to a living space. There was a shower and toilet that had not been done correctly and was never going to pass any inspection or for a new home owner. There was also a lot of cleaning and pressure washing to get this place listing ready.
