📢 We’re BACK and We’ve Got BIG News! 🧀🚚❄️

Hey everyone! We’re Luke and Abby, the new owners of Grilled Cheese Galore, and we’re excited to finally introduce ourselves! 🥳

The past few months have been a whirlwind! Between raising our newborn daughter, Vienna (born on September 18th), and our son James, who will turn 2 in January, we’ve been balancing family life, taking care of our two lovable black labradoodles, Jags and Maggie, and preparing for the food truck. It’s been a busy but exciting time!

And here’s the twist: we’re opening TONIGHT, right here in Virginia, MN, despite the snow and cold! We will be at the very end of Main Street, down by Flaimers❄️☃️ Food trucks aren’t usually out in winter here, but we couldn’t wait any longer to bring you the cheesy goodness you’ve been craving. 🥪🔥

Plus, we’re serving up soup 🥣 to keep you warm on these chilly days. Come by for a hot, melty sandwich and a comforting bowl of soup — the perfect winter combo!
