NUMT kicked off the year with a bang!

Teams Tamatoa, Hades and Shadowman started us off with outstanding performances in Ohio at Scarlet & Grey and The Spartan Throwdown. NUMT received 3 individual awards! Tahj Burnett and Abigail Roman-Ahlgrim received attorney awards, and Will Hopkins received a witness award.

Next, Teams Ursula and Hades headed to the East coast for Mumbo Jumbo at Tufts! Team Hades received an honorable mention, and the amazing Will Hopkins, Claire Gardner, and Emily Callahan all received attorney awards!!

Next, we hosted the 2nd annual Mock at the Rock Invitational! Special shoutout to our tournament directors Lalla Adouim, Claire Gardner, and Claire Foltz for an amazing weekend!

Please send a HUGE congratulations to Team Arrowverse, who placed 10th in the Dr. Sara Zeigler at the National Championship Tournament with 9 wins and a CS of 34!

We couldn't be more proud of this team — HALF of whom are underclassmen — for putting in the work, sacrificing their spring break, and bringing home the hardware in the end!

There's no better way to end one of NUMT's most successful seasons in its 36-year history. 🎉

Last weekend, two Northwestern teams competed at Regionals and came away with not only two bids to ORCS, but EIGHT individual awards, FOUR of which were won by new members.

A HUGE shoutout to teams Arrowverse and Legion of Doom for their 8-0 and 5-2-1 records, and congrats to the following for their individual awards!

This past Friday, we said goodbye to four of our beloved seniors as they graduated. While we'll miss Austin, Jonathan, Braden, and Yash more than they'll know, their impact on this team will live on in the members they recruited, mentored, and made lifelong friendships with.

Congratulations to our graduates and good luck as you take your next steps! We'll be waiting here to cheer you on in everything you do.
