As we bid farewell to The Capital Grille at Old Orchard Mall, it’s a poignant reminder of the ever-changing landscape of our local dining scene.

This high-end steakhouse, known for its dry-aged steaks and exquisite wines, opened its doors just last March.

With its impressive 9,000-square-foot space and two floors of dining, it quickly became a favorite for many.

The decision to close was not taken lightly, as it impacts both the dedicated staff and loyal patrons.

While we await news on what will fill this space next, let’s cherish the memories made over delicious meals and great conversations.
