Additionally, I am consistently obtaining more continuing education than is required by the State–usually twice the amount–because I want to continue to expand my knowledge and competence to serve my clients. Communication is also a huge differentiation in my business. My clients can expect that I will be in communication with them throughout the transaction. And, I make it a priority to call all my clients even if there’s “no new news” to report. Clients also mention to me after we’ve worked together, that they appreciate my availability and that I answer my phone, emails or texts “after hours” when it’s convenient for them not just me. Real estate is my full-time career (since 2005) and I am truly committed to my clients. Finally, one of my deepest values in life is my commitment to patriotism and respect for individual freedom. My husband, father-in-law, and daughter have all served or are serving our country. I am proud of this and know the deep sacrifices and dedication required to do so.
