This case was based on an incident that happened almost 20 years ago. We filed the U Visa case, but unfortunately, there was no response regarding the EAD for over a year.

After waiting and trying to figure out the best way forward, we connected with a law firm that handles lawsuits for delayed immigration cases/EADs. We filed the Lawsuit now here comes the positive result within 4 months.

And then… TODAY, we received the APPROVAL!!

A Journey Back Home 🇺🇸❤️🇳🇵

While traveling to Nepal, I didn’t realize that my Green Card was expiring within a month. When it was time to return to the U.S., I found myself stuck and unsure about the process of coming back.

Thankfully, I met my granddaughter, who works as a paralegal at Paralegal Services of Tarrant County. She helped me obtain the necessary Boarding Foil/Carrier Documentation so I could return to the United States. After I came back, she also helped me with my Green Card renewal.

It took a little longer than I expected, but finally, I have my Green Card back! 🙏🇺🇸

I’m truly grateful for her guidance, patience, and support throughout the process. ❤️

A reminder to everyone traveling internationally: always check your Green Card expiration date before you travel!
