Established in 1977, PDSLC is a private non-profit organization committed to defending the rights of people who are facing a loss of their personal liberty due to the actions of the State. We fight for the rights of people who are accused of violating their prob

ation, and for those who are facing jail because they are behind on their child support payments. We fight for the rights of parents and children when the State becomes involved in termination proceedings, and we fight for the rights of those afflicted with mental illness when the State tries to hold them in the State hospital against their will. We are now located at 180 E 11th Ave. Just next door to our old building. We have two entrances. One on 11th and the other off Pearl. Feel free to park in our parking lot on Pearl as well. We look forward to sharing our new space with clients.

We are Hiring!!

We have a number of new, open positions, thanks to an investment by our state legislature to helping reduce case backlogs.
