First jury trial since COVID and a huge success! Neighbor easement/nuisance dispute. Glad to see the civil justice system back in business. Civil justice has been majorly on hold due to the pandemic. So many cases have been delayed or settled due to shut downs and postponements. Finally seeing the civil jury system working its magic again and it feels great!
