Actively learning about a complex assortment of fields and specialties including but not limited to, negotiation, arbitration, mediation, contracts, intellectual property, antitrust, labor law, torts, and tax. The goal of SELF is to expand student

s understanding of the issues and dynamics involved with sports and entertainment law through guest speakers, sports and entertainment law forums and discussions, and organizing the largest sports and entertainment law conference in the Northwest.

Leigh Steinberg will be speaking in room 184 this Wednesday during Lunch!!!

Steinberg has represented over 150 professional athletes including Steve Young, Troy Aikman, Howie Long, Oscar de la Hoya, Dusty Baker and many more.

Steinberg is also credited as the real life inspiration of the sports agent from the film Jerry Maguire starring Tom Cruise-- “Show me the money!"
