Last week Jernigan Law Firm had the utmost pleasure of completing an adoption on behalf of our client, Ms. Jones. Ms. Jones does a good job of hiding her cape, but she is a superhero, especially for the 4 children she has chosen to love unconditionally. The practice of law can be tiring, but days like this make it all worth it ❤️

Update: 9:00 am: Due to significant power outages, Harnett County Government will be CLOSED today, August 8,2024.

After a year of trial prep, dozens of meetings, an unspeakable amount of document review and 6 days worth of trial, Ms. Shannon will be reunited with her kids after 5 years of no contact due to refusal by the County.

Some clients become family and Ms. Shannon is no exception. Her dedication to improving herself and her children lives has been impressive to say the least. Now let’s bring these babies home to their momma ❤️
