We’re proud to recognize Darnell Hemphill, a valued member of the Fred Amendola Team, for the impact he’s making both in real estate and in the community.

In his first year in sales, Darnell closed $1.3 million in volume, a strong start that reflects discipline, focus, and follow-through. Beyond transactions, he’s intentional about using real estate as a tool for education and access. He has spoken to Erie Black Wall Street on homeownership and has helped clients successfully close multi-unit properties using available community programs.

Darnell also works closely with families at a local day center. He is always helping parents better understand the path to homeownership. He serves as a deacon at New Life and Spirit Revival Center, is married, and is raising three children; commitments that shape how he shows up for clients and community alike.
