With all the conversations around water in Colorado, Iā€™ve been hearing more buyers ask about homes with wells or private waterā€¦ and yes, they do exist in Boulder and Weld counties.

And before you picture something super rusticā€¦ some are absolutely stunning, like this brand-new listing with a heated pool, four decks, and over 2 acres šŸ‘€ (let's go see it!!)

For some, itā€™s about peace of mind.
For others, itā€™s about a little more independence.

Just Sold in Erie šŸ¤

This one was special in all the right ways.

This super sweet couple was referred to me by their daughter, who lives in my old neighborhood of Wildrose. I love being connected to this community.

They made a big move from Florida to be closer to family, just in time to welcome their precious grandchild. Their dream was to be close enough to help and make new family memories.

I had the privilege of representing them from the very start of picking the lot, going to the design center with them to guide them in choices that made sense, to walking through with my eagle eye, making sure everything was perfect for them.

Welcome to Erie. I am so excited for this next chapter for you and the family!

This one is really special.

About 6 months ago, I got a call from a past client.
ā€œJulie, I think itā€™s time for my son to stop renting and start building something of his own.ā€

I always appreciate it when my clients trust me with the people they care about. It truly means a lot.

We started the search and quickly found a location he loved, right by a golf course, which was a big win ā›³

The only challenge was that the homes there were just a bit out of reach. We found one that was close, wrote our best offer anyway, but we didnā€™t get it.

But we didnā€™t give up.

I always say God has a plan, and in this case, the plan was to wait, explore a little more, get finances in a better place, and be ready when the right opportunity came along.

And then it did.

The same model unit, in the same neighborhood, popped up on the MLS for a minuteā€¦ and then was withdrawn. The seller decided to try renting it instead.

We were able to get in to see it anyway, and it was the one.

We came in strongā€¦ and we got it.

Today, he becomes a homeowner for the very first time, and I couldnā€™t be more excited for him.

And momā€¦ you were right šŸ˜‰

This is one of my favorite parts of what I get to do. Helping families through these decisions and being part of moments like this.

And Iā€™ll say it againā€¦ being trusted with your friends and family is something I never take lightly šŸ’›
