Would you ever buy a home where the only water source is a well? š§
With all the conversations around water in Colorado, Iāve been hearing more buyers ask about homes with wells or private water⦠and yes, they do exist in Boulder and Weld counties.
And before you picture something super rustic⦠some are absolutely stunning, like this brand-new listing with a heated pool, four decks, and over 2 acres š (let's go see it!!)
For some, itās about peace of mind.
For others, itās about a little more independence.
I pulled together a live search of homes that have well or private water (no public system), so you can take a look at whatās out there š

If youāre curious what that actually looks like day-to-day, Iām happy to chat. There are some great perks⦠and a few things to think about too.
Would you consider it⦠or is public water a must for you?
