After you enroll, Property Watch will send you an automated email alert any time a document is recorded in our office that matches the name and/or property tax identification number you specified.

Why is this needed?
Deed Fraud has been on the rise over the last couple of years and you should try to protect yourself from it.

What is deed fraud?
