A parolee client had a final hearing during which Renna Law Office fought hard to establish that the burden was not met to hold him in violation. Our client was incarcerated the entire time awaiting this decision from the parole Judge. After five months, the Judge determined that our client violated his parole and the client was sentenced to serve the maximum time he could receive. Renna Law Office appealed this decision knowing that his rights were violated and the burden was not met to hold him in violation. We won our appeal and our client has been ordered to be released from prison. What great news after a year of incarceration.

Our client was facing firearm felony charges, meaning if convicted, the client would face a prison sentence and lose several rights as well as his current employment. So pleased with the results from a DWI refusal hearing today! After cross examination and arguments by Hanna M. Renna, the hearing officer agreed that the burden was not met to suspend our client's drivers license for a year. Our client can keep driving!
